About

Big-company tools, sized for owner-led businesses.

Birds Eye View Consulting was built on a simple idea. Business problems rarely live in one department, so the fix rarely does either.

Why we started Birds Eye View

Large companies pay big firms to step back and look at the whole business. Most owner-led companies never get that view. Owners are too busy running the place to see it from above, and most advisors only look at one piece, whether that is the books, the marketing or the hiring.

We started Birds Eye View to give owners that bigger picture. We combine experience across finance, accounting, risk, operations, transformation, marketing and growth, so we can see how a problem in one area shows up somewhere else.

Who we work with

We work with owners of small and midsize businesses who have built something real and know it could run better. Our clients are usually growing, or trying to, and feel the strain in margins, cash, reporting or their own calendar.

We are industry-flexible. The patterns we look for show up in construction, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, home services, retail, hospitality, health care support and professional services alike. We are based in North Texas and work with owners anywhere, by video or in person.

What we are not

We are a business consulting firm. We do not provide investment, securities, insurance, tax or legal advice, and we do not lend money or raise capital. When you need those, we are happy to work alongside your CPA, attorney, banker or financial adviser.

You work with us directly. Every time.

At Birds Eye View, Brendan leads corporate strategy, along with the work on margins, cash, costs, reporting and process.
