This policy explains what information Bird’s Eye View Consulting LLC (“Birds Eye View,” “we” or “us”) collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name and message you choose to send us, along with the topics you select. When you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to track you across other sites.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule a conversation and, if we work together, deliver our services. We send one automatic confirmation email when you submit the contact form. We do not add you to a marketing list without your permission.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and send email, and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing balexander@birdseyeviewconsulting.net.
